What makes block size different?

Typically, eaxh block has 1016 bytes size. But, blocks mined by specific miner has 1008 bytes size.

Size of nonce. The issue has nothing to do with block size.

I don’t think it’s irrelevant. If you look at it, the address that takes a lot of blocks is digging for 1008 bytes.

Don’t make rumors without investigation. You can make the block size smaller by starting the nonce at zero.
That node would have invested at least hundreds of thousands of dollars for hash power.
