Participate in the Creditcoin 2.0+ Testnet with Ease!

Getting started as a nominator is a breeze. You have two options: follow our step-by-step nomination guide linked here or simply follow the steps below:

Register an account on the Creditcoin Community Forums. This platform allows you to report any issues and seek technical guidance regarding the Testnet.

Set up a Polkadot.js wallet. To do this, download the Google Chrome extension by clicking here. Please note that Chrome is the only compatible browser for our testnet.

Depending on your preferred role, take the time to read the relevant documentation and familiarize yourself with the staking process:

:desktop_computer: Validators: Visit Validator Guides - Creditcoin PoS Testnet Documentation for validator guides.
:ballot_box: Nominators: Check out Nominator Guides - Creditcoin PoS Testnet Documentation for detailed instructions.
Once your Polkadot wallet is set up, request Testnet tokens to start participating. Fill out the Typeform here, and we’ll transfer the tokens to your wallet within 24 hours.

Please keep in mind that testnet tokens hold no real-world value and are solely meant for participating in the testnet. Validators will receive 15,000 testnet CTC tokens, while nominators will receive 1,000 testnet CTC tokens.

For those who prefer a step-by-step guide, we’ve created a supplemental guide specifically for nominators. It offers clear instructions, allowing you to navigate the Creditcoin documentation effortlessly.

Finally, you can verify your testnet transactions by visiting the Explorer here. This will provide you with valuable insights into the status of your transactions.

Should you encounter any technical difficulties, don’t hesitate to reach out to the community forums. Our dedicated team will swiftly assist you. Thank you for actively participating in the Creditcoin 2.0+ public testnet, and happy bug hunting!
